Accommodations
Brocade has negotiated with Mandalay Bay to provide you with a discounted room rate of $178.08 per night, including tax. Your reservation will be included in our event block, however you will be asked for your individual credit card upon check-in. All costs associated with your stay will be at your own expense.
 
If you have requested hotel accommodations in your registration they will be noted in your registration confirmation email.  Unless otherwise indicated on the hotel section of your registration form, arrival is on Monday, September 20 with a departure on Wednesday, September 22.
 
This group rate is available three days before and three days after the main program dates, pending availability.

Hotel Check-in and Check-out Time
Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm and hotel check-out time is 11:00 am.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be assessed one nights' cancellation charge. Hotel cancellations must be managed through the Brocade Customer Care at BRCDconference@streamlinevents.com, three days prior to your arrival date.

Smoking Rooms
Smoking rooms are available at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Smoking room requests will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed due to limited availability.

Travel
Travel and Airport transportation costs associated with your stay are at your own expense.

Air
You are responsible for arranging your own air travel.  In order to fully participate in Brocade Conference 2010 learning tracks and networking opportunities please review the agenda page to confirm your air travel accordingly.

Airport Transportation
Brocade has not arranged ground transportation for you to the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Please plan to arrange your own arrival and departure transportation from McCarran International Airport (LAS) to the M Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. The estimated cab fare from the Las Vegas McCarran Airport to the Mandalay Bay is approximately $25.00 each way.
